Since they only sent me 2 instead of 20 I called and returned them. Customer service was great and it was barely a hassle to return them. Then the first person I talked to about being shorted 45 blades I could not understand a word they were saying I asked to speak to an American at least 6 times and finally hung up called again got someone that spoke a little better English (not much) said I would have to pay return shipping I blew up I told them I didn't want anything to do with amazon not the blades or anything else they have. I'll keep as much of my money in the good old US of A. I ordered two ten packs to get free shipping on 1/21/2010.I got delivery on 2/13/2010. I knew when I lifted the box that it was too light for 20 Blades. Sure enough, just two blades inside. I just called Amazon at 1 866 216 1972 ans spoke to "Michelle" (in the Philippines). She explained that Bosch had made a mistake and now the offer is for only one blade.First she said that I could return the blades for a full refund. I countered that that would cost me shipping. She offered to send me a free shipping label. I countered that this would be an inconvenience to me, having to get in my car and travel to the Post Office. She countered that I could keep one blade and send back the other and they would refund half the price. I countered that Amazon should have sent me an email when the offer changed, and given me the option to cancel, that I could get a better price at Home Depot, and that the right thing to do would to let me keep both blades and give me a full refund, that I was very disappointed with Amazon and intended to go on the internet blogs I belong to and warn them about Amazon's poor service.There was a long pause and I thought that she had hung up, but I waited.
