VanDorenI just looked it up - I ordered this blade over 2 years ago and haven't taken it out of my compound miter saw yet. I rehab old houses full time, we use the CMS almost every day. The blade is STILL relatively sharp and there are no broken teeth. I have never had another blade last more than a year - even the expensive ones. Plus when this does get too dull the carbide is harder and thicker so it is definitely worth resharpening. I used it today to cut crown molding for kitchen cabinets it it still has a nice clean cut. For us the 60 tooth is a good tradeoff between agressiveness and clean cutting. The one weakness of the 60 tooth is it cant rip or cut wider stock like a 2x8 or it burns and smokes. Hmmm maybe I should sharpen it. I am really happy I spent the extra cash on this blade and would definitely do so again. Although it may be years before I need a new blade, I would be interested in trying the Professional combo blade - though I would like to know first if it cuts as claen as this one. The tooth design is different - which is why it can rip - so it may not be as clean.UPDATE 10/11.I am finally replacing this after 4 1/2 years of pretty regular use. The durability has been amazing. I probably should have sharpened it or replaced it before now, but it still worked quite well.
